Acts 2:42-47 (NIV)

"They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved."

An RTM Group exists to:

- Connect & align with the church body in both heart and action, fostering unity and shared purpose. After the disciples were filled with the Holy Spirit, they devoted themselves to their leaders’ teachings and to fellowship and prayer in one accord.

- Return to and live out the Acts 2 model of intentional community, discipleship, and outreach so that those outside the church will witness God’s love in action via preaching the gospel boldly and experiencing signs and wonders, as well as be drawn to Him through the disciples’ togetherness and generosity.

- Be the heartbeat of the church, where we reach, teach, and mobilize believers to impact the world for Christ. Life Groups are more than just meetings. They are a place where strangers become servants, servants become friends, and friends grow into covenant-trusted relationships.

RTM Groups are where disciples are made, and the church becomes more than just a place we attend—it becomes a living, functioning body where each member plays their part, growing together in faith and purpose. It is a place where destinies are shaped, callings are discovered, and lives are transformed for God’s kingdom.

Who are RTM Groups For?

- Regular church members, especially if you are already serving.

- New believers/members are welcome, but attendance at Next Steps is required first.

- RTM Groups are not for visitors or members of other churches.
